• Website maintenance and optimization

The exact services and deliverables will be specified in the applicable proposal, quotation, invoice, or project agreement.

3. Project Scope

The project scope, features, deliverables, pricing, and estimated timeline will be agreed before work begins.

Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and additional delivery time.

4. Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, website projects generally follow a 50% advance payment and 50% payment before final handover or launch.

For recurring services such as SEO, advertising, marketing, or maintenance, separate payment terms may apply.

StarOrbitTech may pause work if an agreed payment becomes overdue. Payment-related delays may also affect the project timeline.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate content, images, logos, business information, approvals, access credentials, and other materials required to complete the project.

The client must ensure that any content or materials provided to StarOrbitTech do not infringe the rights of any third party.

Delays in providing required information, access, or approvals may affect the project delivery timeline.

6. Revisions

Revisions included in a project will depend on the selected package or agreed proposal.

Major changes to an already approved design, functionality, or project direction may be treated as additional work and may incur additional charges.

7. Hosting and Domain

If hosting or domain services are included in a project, the duration and inclusions will be specified in the applicable quotation or proposal.

Domain and hosting services may depend on third-party providers. Their availability, pricing, policies, and technical limitations are outside StarOrbitTech's direct control.

Renewal charges after an included period are the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

8. Third-Party Services

Websites and marketing projects may use third-party platforms, APIs, hosting providers, databases, plugins, analytics services, advertising platforms, or other software.

StarOrbitTech is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, service interruptions, or functionality changes caused by third-party providers.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, StarOrbitTech retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, reusable code, frameworks, templates, systems, and development processes.

After full payment, the client will generally receive the agreed final deliverables created specifically for the project, subject to applicable third-party licenses.

Third-party fonts, images, plugins, libraries, APIs, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses.

10. Portfolio Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, StarOrbitTech may display completed publicly available projects in its portfolio, website, social media, case studies, and marketing materials.

Private credentials and confidential information will not intentionally be disclosed for promotional purposes.

11. SEO and Marketing Results

StarOrbitTech will make reasonable professional efforts when providing SEO, advertising, and digital marketing services. However, we do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, conversions, or revenue.

Search engines, advertising platforms, and social media platforms may change their algorithms, policies, pricing, or availability at any time.

12. Support and Maintenance

Post-launch support, maintenance, updates, bug fixes, and additional development depend on the package or agreement selected by the client.

New features, redesigns, integrations, or major changes may be charged separately unless included in an applicable agreement.

13. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may request termination of a project or service according to the applicable proposal or agreement.

If a client cancels a project after work has started, payments already made may be non-refundable to the extent they cover work completed, resources committed, or third-party costs incurred.

Final project files and handover materials may be provided after all outstanding payments have been settled.

14. Confidentiality

StarOrbitTech will make reasonable efforts to keep confidential business information, project information, credentials, and other non-public information provided by clients confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to provide the agreed services.

15. Limitation of Liability

StarOrbitTech will make reasonable efforts to provide services in accordance with the agreed scope. However, we are not responsible for losses or issues caused by third-party services, client-provided content, unauthorized modifications, misuse of delivered systems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

16. Changes to These Terms

StarOrbitTech may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Specific terms agreed in a signed contract, proposal, or project agreement may take precedence over these general terms where applicable.

17. Applicable Law

These Terms of Service are intended to be governed by the applicable laws of India, subject to the nature of the services and any specific written agreement between StarOrbitTech and the client.
